We use Legal Platform(Company Manager – Contract Manager), that supports us in managing legal documents and easily consult and share information from legal documents. Especially the solution Company register appears to be a great solution. Managing formal documents of the Group companies (approximately 50) was a difficult job, via the Company register to access all available documents access is now quickly and transparent. The most common ways of searching are translated in FINDING the documents, which is achieved by  the metadata that is attached to each document. Also the management of contracts of customers and suppliers can now also be much better managed. Legal Platform has helped us to be ” In Control” for all our legal documents.
